Absolutely. Many of our guests are visiting Indonesia for the first time. We handle everything end-to-end — transport, permits, accommodation, meals, and on-ground coordination — so you don't need any prior knowledge of the country. Before your trip, you'll receive a full briefing covering what to pack, what to expect at each destination, and how to prepare.
It depends on the destination. Kawah Ijen involves a 3km uphill trek in the dark — moderate fitness is helpful. Bromo sunrise is much more accessible; most of the journey is by jeep. Tumpak Sewu requires a descent into a river valley — physically active but manageable. We'll advise you on what to expect for each destination so you can make an informed decision before booking.
Yes. All our itineraries are fully adjustable. If you prefer more time at a specific location, a later start, or extra rest between destinations — just tell us. We build the schedule around how you actually like to travel, not a fixed group timetable.
We monitor conditions at every destination before and during your trip. If something changes — blue fire visibility at Ijen, trail closures, or weather — we'll inform you immediately and present your options. We never withhold information. The decision is always yours, and we'll adapt accordingly.
Yes. Accommodation, all inter-destination transport, and airport pickup and drop-off are included in every package. If you have a preferred hotel category or specific needs, let us know — we'll tailor accordingly with no hidden fees.
